Tune your guitar straight from your browser with the microphone, free and with nothing to install. Standard tuning is E-A-D-G-B-E, from the sixth string to the first, and it is the same on electric, acoustic and classical guitar. If you play in Drop D, DADGAD or any other alternate tuning, pick it in the selector and the tuner adjusts to it.
How to use it
Choose the tuning, allow microphone access when the browser asks and play an open string. The tuner tells you which note is sounding and how far off it is. No sign-up and no app to download: the microphone on any modern phone is more than accurate enough.
Guitar tunings

- Half-step down (Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb) — It is the whole standard tuning lowered by a semitone: Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb
- Double Drop D (D-A-D-G-B-D) — Double Drop D is D-A-D-G-B-D
- Celtic (C-G-D-G-A-D) — CGDGAD is a modal guitar tuning closely related to DADGAD
- Open E Blues (E-B-E-G#-B-E) — Open E tunes the strings to E-B-E-G#-B-E, an open E major chord
